Brief Bio:

Hridita Islam is working as a lecturer in the Master’s program at the BRAC Institute of Educational Development, BRAC University. She holds an undergraduate degree in education and a postgraduate degree in educational psychology and guidance from Dhaka University. Her research focuses on educational psychology, emphasizing the relationship between students' learning experiences, academic achievements, and the influence of gender and socioeconomic factors. She is passionate about social-emotional learning and student well-being, and she has contributed scholarly work on the correlation between learning styles and academic performance across diverse educational streams. Hridita has extensive expertise in curriculum design, advanced course development, and adult teaching supervision, with professional experience that includes training design and project coordination in humanitarian contexts with organizations such as UNHCR and UNICEF. She has also collaborated on the SRHR initiative at ARROW and contributed to the Knowledge/Research Hub Initiative, reflecting her commitment to advancing education and fostering learning opportunities in diverse contexts.
