Ms. Nafisa Anwar, an accomplished educator, earned her Master's in Education from Dhaka University. Joining BRAC Institute of Educational Development (BRAC IED) in 2006. Transitioning from a young professional, she has served as a full-time and confirmed faculty member of the Master of Education in Educational Leadership and School Improvement program since 2011. Ms. Anwar's commitment extends beyond traditional teaching roles, as she has actively participated in national and international research initiatives. She has completed various training programs on research methodologies, play-based pedagogy, and leadership, showcasing her commitment to continuous professional growth. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Ms. Anwar brings valuable experience from working on different projects related to play, mentoring, and training. Her involvement in these diverse projects highlights her versatility and dedication to innovative educational approaches. This hands-on experience enriches her ability to guide and mentor students effectively. Within the academic realm, Ms. Anwar's responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, grading assignments, and utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective teaching and communication. Her multifaceted role also encompasses counseling, mentoring, and guiding students as a thesis supervisor. Additionally, she takes an active role in organizing events and revising course materials. Ms. Anwar's involvement in the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) during 2018-19 further underscores her commitment to enhancing the quality of education. With a reputation for high integrity, sincerity, and unwavering commitment, she continues to make significant contributions to the field of education at BRAC IED.
