Fariha Afrin graduated from BRAC University with a master's degree in early childhood development and development studies. She is a professional with an extensive expertise in curriculum design, early childhood development, workplace and community-based childcare programs, and creating and promoting early childhood models impoverished populations. Fariha is a faculty member who facilitates the M.Sc. in Early Childhood Development and M.Ed. programs by mentoring professional learners and aspiring teachers. Ms. Fariha also serves as a Deputy Coordinator at the BRAC Institute of Educational Development, BRAC University. Her work is on building relationships with important stakeholders and creating inclusive training modules and curriculum at the national and international levels for the early learners and facilitators. She has demonstrated her dedication to ongoing professional development by completing a number of training courses in leadership, play-based education, and research approaches. With a strong foundation in learning environments and opportunities, she aspires to improve classroom engagements and students' thought processes by creating environments that are conducive to learning.
