Wasima Nahrin is a lecturer at BRAC University, specializing in primary education. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Education and a master’s in Educational Evaluation and Research from the University of Dhaka. With over a decade of experience, Wasima has worked with various development organizations and government initiatives to improve the quality of primary education. She has been associated with organizations such as the BRAC Education Programme and JAAGO Foundation and has served as the Education Coordinator for the National Helpdesk Project. Her expertise includes curriculum and content development, teachers' training, and educational evaluation. She has facilitated numerous training programs, including training for government primary teachers' instructors on play-based pedagogy for the Government of Bangladesh's Pre-Primary Curriculum and awareness training on mental health for National University teachers. In addition to her academic and professional roles, Wasima is actively involved in projects focused on play, mentoring, and training, further enhancing her ability to guide and support her students effectively.
