Brief Bio:

Ms. Nazmin Sultana holds a bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, and Technology Education and a master's degree in Educational Psychology and Guidance from the University of Dhaka. Following her master’s, she joined Teach for Bangladesh as a fellow, where she worked to ensure quality education in low-resource school. Concurrently, she pursued a second master's in Educational Leadership and School Improvement. Currently, she is an academic at the BRAC Institute of Educational Development (BRAC IED), BRAC University. Here, she facilitates MEd and MSc courses in Educational Leadership and Early Childhood Development, as well as a certificate course in Global Education (GLOBALED) under the Open Society University Network (OSUN). In addition, she coordinates an initiative on social-emotional learning through play in 50 government primary schools.
