Brief Bio:

Abdullah Al Mas-ud, senior faculty member of BRAC University, is a seasoned facilitator and educator with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Additionally, he’s an experienced Humanitarian Leader in protection cluster having the managing ability to operate more than 2500 human resources and a vast knowledge in play pedagogy to heal and learn through play, mental health and psycho-social support. He's skilled in Coaching, Organizational Development, Leadership in Fragile Setting, Training, Research, and Adult Education. Mr. Al Mas-ud has more than 16 years of expertise in child development, education, protection and mental-health support across both government and non-government settings. He is a strong human resource professional with a Master’s Degree focused in Education Leadership, Planning & Management along with the training on Leadership & People Management, Fundraising & Resource Mobilization, Social Enterprise Management, Sustainable Business Development, and Negotiation, both locally and abroad.
